19.1 Role Definition
System Admins are platform operators responsible for infrastructure health and legal compliance. They do not participate in the internal governance of user organisations.
19.2 Suspension Process
- Identify violation (e.g., fraud, hate speech).
- Navigate to SysAdmin > Organisations.
- Toggle Suspend Status.
- Enter the reason for suspension (visible to the organisation admin).
