The Sovereign Document Cloud (/[lang]/dashboard/documents) provides an encrypted, permanent repository for civil society legal deeds, agreements, circulars, and institutional property documents:

  • Domain Categorization:
    • Statutory & Legal: Trust Deeds, 12A/80G tax orders, CSR-1 certificates, FCRA approvals.
    • Bipartite & CBAs: Collective Bargaining Agreements, wage settlements, strike notices.
    • AGM & Circulars: Annual General Meeting minutes, resolution extracts, election notifications.
    • Asset & Deeds: Land title deeds, builder conveyance deeds, lease agreements.
    • Press & Media: Official press releases, co-signed joint statements.
  • Granular Access Control:
    • Public: Accessible by supporters and media on public campaign and transparency pages.
    • Members Only: Accessible to verified enrolled members across the organisation.
    • Executives Only: Restricted to President, General Secretary, and designated Admins.
